Candle Refill Service Delivery
For a candle refill order, delivery will happen the next working day following receipt of your empty vessel(s) and postage back to us is at your expense.
We strongly recommend that any vessels returned to Perfumer H are sent using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
Please ensure your vessel(s) are packaged appropriately to avoid breakages. We cannot accept responsibility for breakages and will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if a breakage occurs in a package we receive.
