Created in collaboration with Donghyun Kim of Rohae Seoul, ORANGE LEAF is an exclusive drink composed of fragrant orange blossom tea, oat milk, freshly ground perilla leaf and a subtle touch of nutmeg.

Red clay tile, steel shelving, natural wood framing and carefully chosen objects create a space that honours both Korean sensibility and Perfumer H’s British heritage. Each detail has been considered in dialogue, bringing together materials, makers and traditions with clarity and warmth.
Tea at the heart of the room
Tea has long been central to Lyn Harris’s daily ritual and creative life. Developed with Tim d’Offay of Postcard Teas, the Perfumer H tea collection has grown from a friendship and collaboration spanning more than twenty years.
At the Seoul Tea Room, guests are invited to discover a considered selection of bespoke teas inspired by Lyn’s fragrances, including Yorkshire Grey, Morocco and Orange Blossom.
Exclusive to Seoul
Created in collaboration with Donghyun Kim of Rohae Seoul, DOSAN is an exclusive Tea Room drink composed of fragrant orange blossom tea, oat milk, freshly ground perilla leaf and a subtle touch of nutmeg.

The Pantry
Available from opening, The Pantry brings together delicately flavoured teas, pastries, jams and marmalade inspired by Lyn’s memories of home and the quiet pleasure of everyday ritual.
Guests can enjoy a selection of sweets designed to accompany tea, including madeleines with lemon, lavender shortbread, marmalade loaf cake, scones served with rhubarb jam, and chocolate tart with a touch of salt.
A dialogue between British and South Korean craft, The Pantry reflects Perfumer H’s belief that small, considered pleasures can restore the senses and shape the day.

A selection of teas and seasonal offerings available throughout the day, designed to be enjoyed at your own pace.

AFTERNOON TEA

Beginning with a seasonal tea tasting, guests are invited to choose their tea and enjoy it with a selection of accompanying treats.
