Tim is one of the leading tea collectors and makers in the world; Lyn has been working with Tim for over 20 years. Tea is Lyn’s passion and delight and while she creates a cup of tea is always at hand.
Smoked Black Lapsang Tea from Mr Xiang’s farm in Wuyishan, China, cinnamon smoked Black Tea, Assam Tea from Pallab Nath and Black Tea from Handunugoda small farms in Galle, Sri Lanka.
