Cultivated in organically certified small farms in the forests of Kerala, southern India. Made in collaboration with Epices Roellinger, based in Cancale France, who have been sourcing and creating culinary spice blends from all over the world for the last 30 years.
A warm, aromatic pepper with notes of fresh herbs, wood and honey. Perfect with vegetable dishes, soups and oily fish as well as grilled meats.
