B2B Ordering Instructions
Pricing & Currency
- All product prices are displayed in GBP (£) throughout the site.
- At checkout, prices will be shown in your home currency—this is a Shopify functionality and cannot be changed.
- Don't worry! Your final invoice will always be issued in GBP (£).
Product Categories & Navigation
- Products are organised into categories and subcategories.
- Hover over the category titles at the top of the page to view available subcategories.
Adding Items to Cart & Adjusting Quantities
- Click 'Add to Cart' on any item to add it to your basket.
- When the basket pops up, you can manually adjust the quantity by overtyping the number.
- Product prices in the basket view are rounded to the nearest pound, but the decimalized price in the product table is the correct one.
Checkout Process
- At checkout, select 'Choose payment method later'.
- Enter a Purchase Order (PO) number to help track your order.
- Your shipping address should be automatically populated—please contact us if it is incorrect.
- The shipping method will always show as 'Free', but the actual cost will be calculated later and included in your final invoice after approval.
- Your payment terms will be listed at checkout—please notify us if there are any discrepancies.
Order Processing & Confirmation
- Once you submit your order for review, it will be sent to our Operations and Finance teams for verification.
- Once approved by Operations, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- When your delivery is ready for shipment, you will receive your final invoice.
