At this time we are unable to ship to Russia.

Dispatch

For orders placed Monday to Friday, your items will be dispatched within two working days. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.

Candle Refill Service Delivery

For a candle refill order, delivery will happen the next working day following receipt of your empty vessel(s) and postage back to us is at your expense.

We strongly recommend that any vessels returned to Perfumer H are sent using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.

Please ensure your vessel(s) are packaged appropriately to avoid breakages. We cannot accept responsibility for breakages and will contact you as soon as reasonably possible if a breakage occurs in a package we receive.

United Kingdom

Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can take longer depending on location.

Perfumer H does not accept responsibility for orders delivered to third-party addresses, freight forwarders or hotels. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address selected at checkout. If there are special arrangements beyond this street address, Perfumer H will not accept responsibility for additional charges.
