At PERFUMER H we appreciate how important it is to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below. All UK orders are delivered using UPS Standard, fully tracked. European and international orders are charged at a flat rate depending on the number of units ordered and delivered via Fedex Economy Service. We ship to most territories in North America, Central and South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific – Enter your country at ‘Checkout’ to verify exact delivery status. Delivery times below are a guide and subject to local customs clearing times.

Orders placed by 13:00 are dispatched by close of business the day they are received. Our delivery service only delivers Monday to Friday as standard.
Candle Refill Service Delivery
For a candle refill order, delivery will happen the next working day following receipt of your empty vessel(s) and postage back to us is at your expense. We strongly recommend that any vessels returned to Perfumer H are sent using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels. Also ensure your vessel(s) are packaged appropriately to avoid breakages, we will not accept responsibility for any breakages and will contact you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that there is a breakage in a package we receive from you.
Orders in the United Kingdom
Delivery within the UK is free when you spend over £80 or £12 when you spend less than £80.
If you order before 13:00 Monday to Friday your order will be dispatched the same day. Delivery will usually be the following day, although Saturday delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery to the Highlands and Islands can take longer dependent on where you are.
Perfumer H do not accept any responsibility for orders delivered to third party addresses, freight forwarders, hotels etc. Our obligation is to deliver to the base address you select, if there are special arrangements beyond this street address, Perfumer H will not accept any responsibility for additional charges.
Orders to EU countries

Due to the nature of our product, we can ship anywhere in the world, we have listed below our shipping costs per region depending on the number of items orders. If you would like to order more than 10 items please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will quote you on your shipment.
Please note due to local customs restrictions we are unable to ship fragrances to Russia and can only ship candles, using DHL.

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a full refund or exchange on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the product has been opened or used, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.
However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.
You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives back with us. So we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service.
We will take up to 7 days to process your return, if a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.
