Founded over 20 years ago and using local Yorkshire ingredients, Rosebud collaborated with Lyn on this intriguing preserve adding a sharp note of lemon rind to add freshness fused with juniper berries to add a bittersweet note. Enjoy this simple, piquant pickle with smoked salmon and cured meats.
Cucumbers 90%, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, unrefined cane sugar, onions, sea salt, rosemary, lemon zest, juniper berries, turmeric, peppercorn
