Cucumber

A perfumer’s blend of pickle with sweet cucumbers delicately flavoured with lemon and juniper. Made in collaboration with Rosebud Preserves renowned for working with the simplest of ingredients and intense natural flavours.

Founded over 20 years ago and using local Yorkshire ingredients, Rosebud collaborated with Lyn on this intriguing preserve adding a sharp note of lemon rind to add freshness fused with juniper berries to add a bittersweet note. Enjoy this simple, piquant pickle with smoked salmon and cured meats.

This product has been inspired by the Cucumber fragrance of Editions 2020.
