For a candle refill order, delivery will happen the next working day following receipt of your empty vessel(s) and postage back to us is at your expense to:

We strongly recommend that any vessels returned to Perfumer H are sent using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
Please also ensure your vessel(s) are packaged appropriately to avoid breakages, we will not accept responsibility for any breakages and will contact you as soon as reasonably possible in the event that there is a breakage in a package we receive from you.
